1. The Law Loft is not engaged in
fundraising activities with any other organization. Should The Law Loft
engage in joint fundraising activities with any other organization, a
notice of the same will appear on this website.
2. Neither The Law Loft nor Suzanne Harris
wrote, reviewed, approved, or ratified any of the statements made in the
preamble or postscript to Push Back From the Codex Cliff, a DVD
made by John Hammell d/b/a International Advocates for Health Freedom (IAHF).
Neither The Law Loft nor Suzanne
Harris wrote, reviewed, approved, or ratified any statement
contained in any document or notice contained within the Push Back From Codex Cliff
DVD packet. Neither The Law Loft nor Suzanne Harris had any role in
editing any part of the DVD.
Neither The Law Loft nor Suzanne Harris
preapproved, authorized or ratified the release of this DVD. Neither The
Law Loft nor Suzanne Harris preapproved, authorized or ratified the
posting of this DVD on the IAHF website nor any statements that may
accompany the DVD on the IAHF website.
3. Any statements on the
DVD that were made by Suzanne Harris that refer to joint
fundraising activities were made in anticipation of the
creation of a fund raising trust with clearly defined
instructions on fund distribution from a blocked account as
a prelude to the creation or appointment of a professional
fund raising organization. Nothing contained in the
statements of Suzanne Harris as memorialized on the DVD
should be interpreted to mean that either Suzanne Harris
or The Law Loft has authorized, approved, or ratified the
fundraising efforts of John Hammell and/or IAHF or anyone else. John
Hammell was specifically told not to appoint, designate or describe
himself or IAHF as the authorized repository for funds meant to fund
Suzanne Harris and/or The Law Loft activities.
4. Neither John Hammell nor IAHF
is an authorized fund raiser for Suzanne Harris and/or The
Law Loft.
5. Anyone wishing to make a
contribution to further the activities of The Law Loft
should do so by writing a check payable to Suzanne Harris
and sending it to:
Your check should indicate
that it is to be used for Codex activities and research and
not for other projects at The Law Loft.
6. Nothing in this communication is meant to
disparage the efforts of any other individual or group on behalf of
health freedom. The sole purpose of this communication is to advise the
public of our non-participation in the activities described in this
notice.
